Key Concepts: This module introduces the importance of utilization and its impacts on culturally and linguistically diverse children and families. It includes cultural considerations for African, Asian and Pacific Islander, Latino and Native American populations, specifically their use of their mental health services. Availability as a direct service domain component within the Cultural Competence Model will be explained.
